Your Application

How to Apply

The application is open from February 16, 2026, to March 08, 2026, (11:59 pm UTC+02:00). For your application, you must fill out the application form below and upload the following files:

Curriculum vitae
Most recent transcript/certificate (copy)

In addition to that, you will need an endorsement / recommendation. For that, you need to provide the E-mail address of one Person to fill out the Letter of Recommendation form. Eligible people are for example: educators, employers, supervisors, teammates, etc. An email with a link will be sent to the selected person, who will need to fill in a recommendation form online (make sure to also check the spam folders!). If the chosen person cannot fill in the Letter of Recommendation form and a new person needs to be assigned, contact us immediately via mail to info@SpaceStationDesignWorkshop.com. Upon submission of your application, you and the person who should provide the recommendation will also receive a unique ID via mail (make sure to check the spam folders!) which will be required for submitting the recommendation letter via the provided link. Recommendations will be only accepted until March 10,2026, (11:59 pm UTC + 02:00). Please make sure that the recommendation is filled out in time, otherwise we may not be able to consider your application. Please note, once the recommendation has been submit by the recommender, you will also be notified.
