How to Recommend

This online form allows you to submit a recommendation for a candidate applying for the Space Station Design Workshop (SSDW). Applicants will be selected based on the candidates’s motivation statement and the submitted recommendation.

Please enter some information about yourself and the applicant you are recommending. You will be asked to provide the applicant’s email address and their unique ID. Both were sent to you in the same email as the link to this recommendation form.

Before submitting the form, please double-check with the applicant that the email address and unique ID you enter exactly match the information the applicant entered and received.

The deadline to receive recommendation letters for workshop applications is March 13, 2026 (at 00:00 UTC+1).
